In de eerste plaats is er het constructivisme als basis van het Europese beleid . Die denkwijze gaat ervan uit dat alles willekeurig geconstrueerd kan worden of geconstrueerd is, of ziet het natuurlijke zelfs als een te onderwerpen vijand, en aldus is die filosofie
